Los Angeles, Calif. – November 20, 2014 – GTX Corp. (OTCQB: GTXO), a pioneer in location-based wearable technologies, announced today commentary on its third quarter performance.

Q3 2014 Highlights:

  • Revenues up 60% over last year’s quarter
  • Cost of goods sold decreased by 16% from last year’s quarter
  • Increases in unit sales & subscriptions for drones and other niche applications
  • Entered commercial production of flagship GPS SmartSoles
  • Entered Security Market
  • In Beta testing of BLE SmartSoles
  • New “Brand Ambassador” retired professional boxer Ray Ciancaglini

“We are starting to see the ship turn with small and steady increases in performance that reflect the strategy we embarked on earlier this year, of direct sales and penetrating new markets with our core suite of embedded, all purpose and digital tracking and monitoring solutions,” commented Patrick Bertagna, Chief Executive Officer of GTX Corp. “Our current focus remains on the commercial roll out of our GPS SmartSoles, which are now in production and plan to start shipping to customers in early January.  We have 1,500 GPS SmartSoles being manufactured, with 500 that are expected to arrive in December.  As we begin to deliver our B2B international orders, domestic SmartSole pilot programs and to consumers that are on our pre-order list, we expect to see significant increases in Q1 2015 on both the unit and subscription revenues. We have recently signed up several new pilot programs with major accounts that we believe will contribute to our rollout and growth in 2015.”

The GPS SmartSoles are being manufactured in partnership with Atlantic Footcare, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of orthotic insoles for over 20 years and strategic partner of the Company.

Safe Tracks GPS Canada, Inc. Places First Commercial Order

Los Angeles, September 3, 2014 – GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), a pioneer and global provider of personal location wearable technologies, is pleased to announce the receipt of a volume purchase order for its flagship GPS and BLE SmartSole line of products from Canadian distributor Safe Tracks GPS Canada , Inc. (“Safe Tracks”), a GPS electronic monitoring and safety solution provider across Canada.

After four months of testing the patented GPS tracking “SmartSole” will become commercially available in Canada next month through Safe Track’s e-commerce Website, www.safetracksgps.ca and Canada’s largest GSM cell phone provider, with over 9.2 million users servicing 95% of Canada’s population, will be the Canadian wireless data provider.

“During our testing period, SafeTracks GPS Canada has received an abundance of inquiries in regards to the release of the GPS SmartSoles in Canada. In preparation for the launch we recently completed a series of television interviews which began airing last week, along with other media venues in the Greater Toronto Area. The feedback so far indicates the GPS SmartSoles will be the monitoring wearable technology to make a difference for many caregivers. Los Angeles, Calif. – August 14, 2014 – GTX Corp (OTCQB: GTXO), a pioneer in personal location wearable technologies, announced today commentary on its second quarter performance, along with the outlook for the balance of 2014.

Q2 2014 Highlights:

  • Launched pilot program for GPS & BLE SmartSoles with 30 active and pending programs in 12 countries
  • Accepted orders for close to 1,000 GPS and BLE SmartSoles
  • Launched 2 products on Amazon
  • Continued penetration of products into new Drone vertical with over 300 units shipped
  • Integrated wireless inductive charging in embedded and stand-alone products
  • Strengthened intellectual property portfolio with key patent “286” addition
  • Featured in WSJ, CNN, BBC, FOX News, Business Journals and several others media outlets.

“As we discussed in our last shareholder update, GTX continues its transition from the licensed GPS Shoe model to the direct product to user model and is focusing its efforts on product development and channel partner distribution,” commented Patrick Bertagna, Chief Executive Officer of GTX Corp. “As we begin finalizing our product development phase and get closer to a commercial launch we are starting to ramp up our marketing initiatives through – trade shows, social media campaigns, recent press and our existing global relationships, and have been successfully enrolling potential partners into our Pilot Programs. We are currently managing 10 – 15 inquiries per week and plan to enroll up to 100 pilots. We are working closely with select groups ranging from assisted living communities, health organizations, Int’l distributors, domestic resellers and sales organizations, advocacy groups and high profile influencers in the sports, media, academia, security, government, municipal and philanthropic organizations that we believe have the potential to result in large scale deployments in the future.”

This past week GTX Corp (GTXO) had the honor and privilege to attend the #C4CT Concussion Awareness Summit at the United Nations in NYC. http://www.c4ctsummit.com/about-the-summit/

What an amazing venue and diverse working group of innovative tech companies, clinicians, medical researchers, policy makers, international diplomats, athletes, celebrities, and philanthropic organizations all assembled under one roof to raise awareness, advance clinical research, develop public policy and explore the potential link between TBI and Alzheimer’s disease in order to address major unmet medical needs and public health issues.

The Summit served as a platform to spread awareness about Alzheimer’s as well as other severe effects of cognitive disorders such as autism and TBI. The GTX team met with Congressmen, Academia, The NYPD, UN Peacekeeping Operations, Professional Athletes, Alzheimer’s Organization and a host of other stake holders involved with finding solutions to this soon to be 1 trillion dollar global epidemic. How do WE CARE FOR and PAY FOR the millions of people afflicted across the world.

While many of the sessions were focused on treatment and cures, our GPS SmartSoles™ were well received as an immediate solution to help safely and easily find those who wander off. Below are a few pictures from the event.
