GTX Corp Expands Distribution in Mexico

C&R Care Solutions added to the

GPS SmartSole Growing list of International Distributors

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA –September 14, 2016 – GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), an IoT platform in the personal location GPS wearable and wandering assistive technology business, announced the commercial launch of the GPS SmartSole with C&R Care Solutions a privately owned company headquartered in Mexico City which sells and supports GPS based tracking solutions throughout the country of Mexico.

“Mexico is an important, sizable and strategic market for GTX. As a neighboring country with a total population of over 122 million and a growing middle class representing 47% of total households, it not only represents a market size close to 40% of the U.S. but also a strategic entre into Latin America, stated Andrew Duncan director of business development for GTX Corp. We are pleased to add C&R to our growing list of international partners and look forward to meeting with Claudio this week in our office to discuss our product rollout and strategic initiatives for the rest of the year.”

With an estimated 1 million Americans currently living in Mexico, the country is also seeing a growing number of U.S. retirees, attracted by better weather, similar to Florida, Arizona and California, which benefit from a more relaxed lifestyle, affordable quality health care and an overall much lower cost of housing and living.

Claudio Quinzanos, C&R Care Solutions CEO stated “We are excited to be offering the GPS SmartSole as well as other smart and useful GPS solutions from GTX Corp, to caregivers in the senior assistance market for those suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia, as well as the security market to help prevent criminal acts such as kidnappings. We are convinced that this discreet, accurate, wearable tracking technology is the best solution to fulfill our customer’s needs and makes for a better and safer society in Mexico and all over the world.”

GTX Corp’s patented GPS SmartSoles are the world’s first wearable yet invisible technology that are placed in the wearer’s shoes and contain a GPS tracking chip connected through a global cellular network that sends a signal to a central monitoring website or app showing the exact location of the individual wearing the SmartSoles. They come in several trim to fit sizes for both men and women, are made with the highest quality electronic components and assembled in Rhode Island, U.S.A.

The simplicity behind the SmartSole Platform is that when someone wanders off, becomes lost or abducted, a text or email alert is sent to a caregiver’s phone and computer with a direct link to a Google map plotting the wanderer’s location.  Alerts can be directed to a local authority and/or a private Call Centre to provide continuous monitoring and support.

GTX Corp Signs Research Collaboration Agreement with George Mason University’s College of Health and Human Services

GTX Corp Makes the list of 25 Most Empowering IoT Companies in 2016

Los Angeles, Calif. – June 29, 2016– GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), an IoT platform in the personal location wearable and wandering assistive technology business, announced today the signing of a collaboration agreement with George Mason University’s College of Health and Human Services. In collaboration with investigators from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University, who have expertise in the economics of disease management and mobile health technologies, the University will utilize GTX technology and data in order to study wandering habits in elderly people with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The initial project will begin in early fall 2016 and is expected to last 1 year, and if successful, will be followed up with a large scale project planned for another 2-3 years.

The goal of the project is to investigate the possibility of using GPS data collected by GTX’s SmartSole for predicting wandering patterns of elderly people with Alzheimer’s and dementia. If successful, the project will result in a set of models capable of predicting a general area or direction in which a given patient is most likely to go when becoming disoriented and/or wandering. The project will be an objective methodical study and is intended to be published in a peer-reviewed journal. The created preliminary models will be made available to GTX Corp, which will consider deploying the prediction algorithms into their backend monitoring platform, adding another layer of technology and overall value to the platform and monitoring services provided by GTX Corp.

“GTX’s SmartSole technology opens up the possibility of analyzing data that previously did not exist and creates new avenues to research wandering behaviors in people with Alzheimer’s and dementia,” said Janusz Wojtusiak, PhD, associate professor of health informatics at Mason. “GTX’s technology combined with Mason’s advanced data analytic methods could lead to breakthroughs in the field.”

GTX Corp – keeping you connected to who matters most, was also featured in Enterprise Magazine as one of 25 most empowering IoT companies of 2016.

Denmark Launches GPS SmartSoles

Safecall Denmark joins the growing list of GTX’s International distributors

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA –October 21, 2015 – GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), a pioneer in GPS wearable technology and global provider of personal location wandering assistive technology, announced today the signing of a distribution agreement with Safecall Denmark ApS which provides GPS tracking systems for the healthcare sector in Denmark and Norway.

The GPS SmartSoles were officially launched in the U.S. at the beginning of this year and within the past 6 months the Company has expanded its distribution network across the world with a strong and growing presence in Europe, including the recent launches in Ireland, Germany, U.K., Sweden, Netherlands and now Denmark.

Denmark has a population of about 5.6 million people of which approximately 85,000 are currently diagnosed and living with dementia according to the Danish Alzheimer´s society with an annual cost reaching as high as 20 billion DKK or $300 million dollars. Dementia is the result of damage to brain cells and today affects the memory of close to 50 million people worldwide with no cure on the horizon.

“Our customers demand from us to keep offering more sophisticated tracking devices, better design and non-stigmatizing products, commented Tommy Rasmussen, Director of Safecall Denmark ApS. The GTX SmartSoles are exactly what we have been looking for, and we have spent the past four months evaluating the SmartSoles, both ourselves and by some of our key customers, including municipalities, government institutions and consumers. We feel very confident that the GTX SmartSoles will be the preferred device among our customers. The implementation into our platform is successfully finished, and the product will be officially launched this month.”

“Safecall Denmark is a great partner to work with, commented Andrew Duncan GTX Corp director of business development. They have been moving very quickly and diligently in order to prepare for their launch and within four months we have managed to transition from an initial pilot, to a test order, to a full commercial rollout. The European market is really picking up for us and we are delighted to be working with Tommy and his team.”

“With approximately 2% of the population having been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, TBI or some other cognitive disorder which may lead to wandering due to memory loss, the SmartSoles play an invisible but vital role in the safety, security and recovery of these individuals and their caregivers, stated Patrick Bertagna GTX Corp CEO. We look forward to working with Safecall and providing them with innovative tracking solutions like our GPS and BLE SmartSoles.”

The patented GPS SmartSoles, which were recently showcased in Munich, at the Telefonica 2015 Innovation Conference Digital Innovation Day 2015, featured in AARP’s 2015 technology gear guide and came in 2nd place, with Microsoft finishing 1st and Samsung taking 3rd place, in the 2015 Wearables, Health, Fitness & Wellness category at CTIA’s Hot for the Holidays Awards competition, are placed in the wearer’s shoes and contain a GPS tracking chip connected through a cellular network that sends a signal to the GTX Corp proprietary IoT platform monitoring website or smart phone app, showing the exact location of the individual wearing them.

About Safecall

Safecall Denmark ApS was founded in 2004 and has been focusing on GPS localizing systems for people who wander. The Safecall localizing platform has been developed through the years, and is now the market leading platform in Denmark, used by thousands of people in the healthcare sector every day. The platform makes it possible to use different kinds of localizing equipment, but with the same easy user interface every time. Way4Net placed its first commercial order, with scheduled delivery dates beginning this month and continuing monthly over the next 6 months.

Germany has a population of 83 million people with approximately 1.6 million, or 2% of its population who are afflicted with dementia and Alzheimer’s and just this week Munich and Germany legend Gerd Muller, one of the all-time greats of world football announced receiving treatment for Alzheimer’s disease. This disease is not limited only to the senior population as there are also approximately 24,000 people ages 45 – 65 already diagnosed throughout Germany.

Many people mistake dementia as a disease and as a natural consequence of getting older, when it is actually the result of damage to brain cells that affect memory. Dementia affects close to 50 million people worldwide today with no cure for this syndrome on the horizon.

Eric Gnass, CEO of way4net, commented “For us, the solution of GTX SmartSole is one of the best technologies to increase the quality of life of vulnerable people with the symptoms of dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism and other cognitive memory disorders. We are very pleased to introduce this unique product on the German market.”

Andrew Duncan, GTX Corp director of business development commented, “We are extremely pleased to have another successful pilot transition into a commercial launch and we are proud to partner with a well-entrenched company like Way4Net. We are currently investing a lot of resources in Germany which is where we design and manufacture our GPS and cellular chip and have recently signed an M2M agreement with Telefonica Germany which will support our connectivity throughout Europe.” Duncan continued with, “Between our launch in Germany and launch last week in the U.K. I plan to stay in Europe for another two weeks working with our partners and chip manufactures on our next Gen SmartSole, expected out in early 2016.”

GTX Corp’s flagship product, the GPS SmartSoles are a stigma free, safety and security unobtrusive monitoring and tracking solution for those who suffer from Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, TBI and other memory disorders and have a tendency to wander. GTX Corp Welcomes Legendary NFL All-Pro Running Back Clinton Portis as Athlete Endorser

LOS ANGELES, CA, September 2, 2015 – GTX Corp. (OTCBB: GTXO), an IoT platform in the personal location GPS wearable technology and wandering assistive technology business, announced that former National Football League (NFL) running back Clinton Portis is joining the GTX Corp team as one of the Company’s newest athlete brand endorsers.

Portis is currently a Redskins analyst for ESPN 980, active speaker and philanthropist, however he is best known for his seven seasons as starting running back for the Washington Redskins. He is considered among the best players in Redskins history, boasting two Pro Bowl appearances, a Second Team All-Pro honor, and five NFL rushing records that still stand today. In 2012, Portis announced his retirement from the NFL just 77 yards short of the 10,000 rushing mark, ranking him as one of the top 20 running backs of all time and was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.

Portis joined GTX Corp as a brand ambassador to further his involvement in brain health and safety while pursuing his passion to help the elderly and youth. His role will include supporting the GTX team in furthering education and awareness of using innovative technologies like GTX Corp’s patented GPS SmartSole, that ensure the safe and quick recovery of those who have a tendency to wander and get lost.

“I have always had a passion for bringing brain health awareness and overall safety to both children and seniors,” stated Portis. “Becoming a spokesperson for an innovative product like the GPS SmartSole and all of GTX’s wearable technology offerings is very rewarding for me. I look forward to reaching out to more communities and continuing to uphold my ever-important duty as an ambassador for safety and wellness, at any age.”

Clinton brings passion and commitment to everything he does which is exactly the kind of person we are honored to have on our winning team of ambassadors, especially as September  is Alzheimer’s awareness month we look forward to Clinton helping us spread the word and working together for many years to come,” stated GTX Corp CEO, Patrick Bertagna.

After retirement, Portis admitted to having suffered multiple concussions, and in 2013 he joined the civil lawsuit against the NFL over concussions and head injuries. Since then, Portis has been an advocate for brain health including participating in the 2014 Coalition for Concussion Treatment (#C4CT) Concussion Awareness Summit at the United Nations. Furthermore, Portis remains actively involved in corporate appearances, speaking engagements in the community both home and abroad, including his role as a Global Ambassador of The Jack Brewer Foundation (JBF Worldwide) and also recently served as a celebrity keynote speaker at the “I Matter, You Matter, We Matter” Youth Leadership & Empowerment Summit” in Washington D.C. on August 12, 2015.

GTX Corp’s flagship product, the GPS SmartSoles are a stigma free, safety and security unobtrusive monitoring and tracking solution for those who suffer from Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, TBI and other memory disorders and have a tendency to wander. The patented GPS SmartSoles, which were featured in AARP’s 2015 technology gear guide and named a top 5 finalist in the Wearables, Health, Fitness & Wellness category at CTIA’s Hot for the Holidays Awards competition, are placed in the wearer’s shoes and contain a GPS tracking chip connected through a cellular network that sends a signal to a central monitoring website or smart phone app, showing the exact location of the individual wearing them. They come in several trim to fit sizes for both men and women, are water resistant, made with the highest quality electronic components and assembled in Rhode Island, U.S.A.

DUE to ALZHEIMER’S, GLEN CAMPBELL LOSES THE ABILITY TO SPEAK

TRAGIC GLEN CAMPBELL LOSES ABILITY TO SPEAK: One of America’s most beloved voices has been silenced by the ravages of Alzheimer’s disease. In a heartbreaking twist, singer GLEN CAMPBELL can no longer speak, according to sources. The “Rhinestone Cowboy,” 79, has lost the ability to carry on a conversation, with the exception of a mumbled “I love you,” a close family pal revealed. His wife, Kim, 56, confirmed the sad turn of events in his ongoing health battle: “He has a hard time understanding what people say to him.” Tragically, Glen losing his voice indicates the superstar is entering Stage 7 of Alzheimer’s, which doctors consider to be the disease’s final stage. The “Gentle on My Mind” and “Wichita Lineman” hitmaker has been living in a Nashville care facility since April 2014. “He still knows who I am,” added Kim. “He’s physically strong, content and jovial.”

GTX Reports Record Q1 Results

GPS SmartSoles Launched – Revenues Up 593% Over 2014 – Clean Balance Sheet

Well Positioned for 2015 Growth

LOS ANGELES, CA – May 18, 2015 – GTX Corp. (OTCQB: GTXO), an M2M IoT platform and leading provider of personal location GPS wearable technology and wandering assistive technology, announced the results of its financial performance for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.

First Quarter Results

  • Revenue increased 593% over 2014 comparable period
  • Q1 revenues exceeded all of 2014 revenues
  • Q1 backlog orders being shipped Q2 2015
  • Net loss reduced 82% versus Q1 2014
  • Raised $225,000 from fixed price convertible notes
  • Eliminated all derivative liabilities
  • Issued a vendor number for medical reimbursement in 2 States
  • High ranking SEO resulting in page 1 on Google search for “GPS Wearable Technology”

“Q1 2015 represented a turning point in the history of the Company,” commented Patrick Bertagna, CEO of GTX Corp. “We successfully launched our flagship GPS SmartSoles in domestic and international markets, both through B2B and B2C channels.  The demand for our products is strong and growing, with initial sales going to specific pilot programs, international distributors and retail customers.  A significant amount of our initial inventory was allocated to pilot programs and evaluation units to government and private enterprises that have a defined need for tracking people who have a tendency to wander due to Alzheimer’s, dementia or autism.  Many of those pilots and evaluation units have and will continue to convert to commercial deployments and begin contributing to our subscriber base of recurring monitoring revenues which we are starting to see grow month over month.”

Revenue increased from $20,814 in Q1 2014 to $144,212 in Q1 2015, primarily due to the launch and initial sales of the Company’s flagship GPS SmartSoles.  Gross margin increased from $10,914 in Q1 2014 to $41,863 in Q1 2015 representing the higher level of sales activity and primarily initial hardware sales in Q1 2015.  Net loss decreased by 82% from Q1 2014 to Q1 2015, primarily resulting from the shift in business strategy which we  announced in 2014 and elimination of derivative liabilities associated with floating convertible debentures, all of which have been retired.

Bertagna continued, “As we move through the second quarter, our focus remains on building brand and product awareness, growing our channels of distribution and affiliate partners, and increasing our subscriber base.  We have grown our distribution and affiliate partners to close to 100 so far this year, spanning 13 countries worldwide.  As we continue penetrating our target markets, we are refining our end user services and pricing models to achieve the broadest adoption and eliminate as many barriers to purchase as possible. On the product development side, we expect to roll out the BLE product line later this summer, and we have initiated the development of our next generation (Gen 2 SmartSole) which will be smaller, lower in price, and a longer battery life. Outside of our flagship SmartSoles, we continue to see steady sales growth for drone applications and digital smart phone tracking Apps, each of which contribute to the increase of our recurring subscriber base revenues.”

Mr. Bertagna concluded, “In closing, I want to thank our employees, advisors, directors, consultants, channel partners and vendors, who worked tirelessly to bring us to this juncture. I also want to thank and acknowledge our shareholders who have patiently and faithfully supported us.”
