The GPS SmartSoles were officially launched in the U.S. at the beginning of this year and within the past 6 months the Company has expanded its distribution network across the world with a strong and growing presence in Europe, including the recent launches in Ireland, Germany, U.K., Sweden, Netherlands and now Denmark.

Denmark has a population of about 5.6 million people of which approximately 85,000 are currently diagnosed and living with dementia according to the Danish Alzheimer´s society with an annual cost reaching as high as 20 billion DKK or $300 million dollars. Dementia is the result of damage to brain cells and today affects the memory of close to 50 million people worldwide with no cure on the horizon.

“Our customers demand from us to keep offering more sophisticated tracking devices, better design and non-stigmatizing products, commented Tommy Rasmussen, Director of Safecall Denmark ApS. The GTX SmartSoles are exactly what we have been looking for, and we have spent the past four months evaluating the SmartSoles, both ourselves and by some of our key customers, including municipalities, government institutions and consumers. We feel very confident that the GTX SmartSoles will be the preferred device among our customers. The implementation into our platform is successfully finished, and the product will be officially launched this month.”

“Safecall Denmark is a great partner to work with, commented Andrew Duncan GTX Corp director of business development. They have been moving very quickly and diligently in order to prepare for their launch and within four months we have managed to transition from an initial pilot, to a test order, to a full commercial rollout. The European market is really picking up for us and we are delighted to be working with Tommy and his team.”

“With approximately 2% of the population having been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, TBI or some other cognitive disorder which may lead to wandering due to memory loss, the SmartSoles play an invisible but vital role in the safety, security and recovery of these individuals and their caregivers, stated Patrick Bertagna GTX Corp CEO. We look forward to working with Safecall and providing them with innovative tracking solutions like our GPS and BLE SmartSoles.”

GTX Corp Signs M2M Agreement with Telefónica Germany and Launches GPS SmartSoles in Germany Delivering the Next Big Step in Wearable Technology across Europe

LOS ANGELES, CA, October 8, 2015 – GTX Corp. (OTCBB: GTXO), a leading provider of wearable monitoring and tracking solutions using GPS, Cellular and BLE technology, announced signing an agreement with Telefónica Germany. Under this agreement GTX Corp will leverage Telefónica’s global Smart M2M platform and relationships across Europe. The Smart M2M (SM2M) agreement enables GTX Corp’s patented GPS SmartSole and other innovative GPS and cellular tracking and monitoring solutions to be deployed across the globe using one SIM card and provisioning backend platform, complimenting Telefonica’s telematics portfolio of novel products and solutions.

Helmut Schnierle, Head of M2M Sales at Telefonica Germany commented, “Our Smart M2M is a perfect ready-to-use solution that will enable GTX Corp to manage their global connectivity processes without having to invest in M2M development and IT infrastructure. With Our API, GTX will be able to easily integrate their backend with our Smart M2M platform. The SmartSoles received a lot of attention at our 2015 Innovation Conference and we were pleased to host the GTX management team at our annual conference and look forward to working with them to plan our go to market strategy.”

“We are excited to be launching the GPS SmartSole in cooperation with Telefónica Germany to address the rapidly growing demand in Germany which has approximately 1.6 million people afflicted with dementia as well as other memory disorders associated with wandering such as autism and TBI,” stated Andrew Duncan Director of Business Development for GTX Corp.

GTX Corp’s flagship product, the GPS SmartSoles are a stigma free, safety and security unobtrusive monitoring and tracking solution for those who suffer from Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, TBI and other memory disorders and have a tendency to wander. The patented GPS SmartSoles, which were featured in AARP’s 2015 technology gear guide and came in 2nd place, runner up to Microsoft 1st and Samsung taking 3rd place, in the 2015 Wearables, Health, Fitness & Wellness category at CTIA’s Hot for the Holidays Awards competition, are placed in the wearer’s shoes and contain a high accuracy miniaturized GPS tracking chip connected through a cellular network that sends a signal to the GTX Corp proprietary IoT platform monitoring website or smart phone app, showing the exact location of the individual wearing them. Patrick Bertagna GTX Corp CEO stated, “The wearables market for health, wellness and personal safety is on the edge of a significant stride forward thanks to new and innovative technologies that provide the means to collect and manage vital data in a more convenient and automated fashion. Our partnership with Telefonica is significant  because unlike other M2M devices once the SmartSoles are made there is no physical access to the SIM card and hence having a partner that can support our connectivity requirements and pricing demands from our customers is paramount to our global go to market strategy.“

GTX Corp Announces Membership into the United Nations Global Compact

LOS ANGELES, CA., June 23, 2015  GTX Corp (OTCQB: GTXO), an IoT platform in the personal location GPS wearable technology and wandering assistive technology business announced that it has been granted membership into the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), a strategic policy initiative for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with 10 universally accepted principles (in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption) and take actions that advance social awareness.

“We founded GTX Corp on the simple premise to empower the global community with smart wearable technology centered on the safety, security and well-being for all who are impacted,” commented Patrick Bertagna, founder and CEO of GTX Corp. “By joining the United Nations Global Compact, we will be able to work closely with other like-minded organizations focusing on collaboration and innovation to address some of the health and humanitarian challenges we face today. We take our responsibility very seriously to provide the tens of millions of caregivers with life changing technologies to enhance the quality of life for seniors and others who suffer from cognitive memory disorders. It is truly a great honor to become a member of the UNGC.”

The UNGC will allow for a greater transparency of GTX Corp and its global initiatives. It will provide a framework for reporting progress and potential, and establish guidelines for the development, implementation and disclosure of sustainability policies and practices, offering members a wide spectrum of work streams, management tools, and resources. Additionally, the UNGC will relay information to the stake holders that the Company has established values, implemented responsible policies and took strategic actions to advance broader social goals in order to help create a better world.

The GTX Corp mission has been aligned with social responsibility since its founding as a pioneer in placing wandering assistive technologies in wearables. Early this year the Company launched the GPS SmartSoles which are a stigma free, safety and security proactive monitoring and tracking solution for those who suffer from Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism and TBI, and have a tendency to wander.
